The Information document concerns only the above mentioned website and not other sites possibly consulted by the user through specific links.

Innovation in Sciences & Technologies – Is TECH S.r.l. guarantees the compliance with the laws on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree No. 196/03). The users/visitors will carefully read the present Privacy Policy before forwarding any type of personal information and/or filling in any electronic file contained in the same website.
OWNER, PERSONS IN CHARGE OF THE PROCESSING
The consultation of this website may imply the processing of sensitive data relating to identified persons or persons subject to identification. The Owner of the Processing of said Data is Innovation in Sciences & Technologies – Is TECH S.r.l. with registered office in Via Mar della Cina, 304 int. 8 (EUR Torrino) - 00144 Roma. The possible claims submitted pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 will be addressed to Innovation in Sciences & Technologies – Is TECH S.r.l., Via Mar della Cina, 304 int. 8 (EUR Torrino) - 00144 Roma. The data shall be processed by the Owner through its own representatives called the “Persons in charge”. The updated list of the Persons in charge of the Processing of Personal Data is available upon request. Within the Company, the personal data shall be processed by the collaborators/employees indicated in the above list. Said collaborators/employees operate as Appointed Persons under the direct authority of the respective Person in charge of the Processing.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
a. Netsurfing data
The information systems and software procedures used to operate this web portal, during their regular operation and for the sole duration of the connection, acquire some personal data whose transmission takes place implicitly in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
The aim of collecting said information is not their association to the persons identified but, for their own nature, through elaborations and associations with data owned by third parties, they could allow the identification of the visitor users (e.g. IP addresses), the domain names of users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources required, the timetable of the requests, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as answer, the numeric code indicating the state of the answer given by the server (successful conclusion, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data, immediately cancelled after the elaboration, are used with the sole aim of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and controlling their correct operation (see also the paragraph on Cookies). The data may be used to by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in case of possible IT crimes committed to the detriment of the website.
Data collected on the web contacts are not kept for more than seven days, except in case the above IT crimes are committed to the detriment of the web site.
No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or spread.

The optional, explicit and voluntary supply, to the address indicated on the site, of one’s personal data in order to have access to specific services, or to submit e-mail requests, implies the further acquisition by Innovation in Sciences & Technologies – Is TECH S.r.l. of the sender’s address or other possible personal data that will be processed exclusively to answer to the request or to supply the service.
c. Cookies
The portal does neither envisage the use of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are the so-called persistent cookies or systems to trace the users used.
The portal exclusively adopts the so-called session cookies that are not stored permanently on the user’s terminal but disappear when the surfing browser is closed.
Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification systems (made of casual numbers generated by servers that allow the automatic identification of the user) necessary in order to allow a safe and efficient surfing of the site pages.
The session cookie can remain on the user’s terminal for a maximum of 15 days, in case the same voluntarily enables the so-called “remember me” function.
The session cookies used in this site avoid the resort to other IT techniques potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of the users’ surfing and do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.
In any case, we hereby remind you that the user can set up his own web browser by defining an appropriate level of restriction/protection on cookies by eliminating them manually, disabling and/or blocking them permanently or, finally, limiting the reception of the same according to the incoming domain.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, or through the communication files, implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to answer to the requests, as well as possible other personal data included in the mail.
OPTIONAL ASPECT OF DATA SUPPLY
Except for what has been specified for surfing data, the users/visitors are free to supply their own personal data. Their failed supply can solely imply the impossibility to obtain what was requested.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data acquired in the specific sections of this site are processed through the use of automated instruments and/or manually and solely for the time strictly necessary to reach the purposes for which the same data have been collected.
Innovation in Sciences & Technologies – Is TECH S.r.l., however, complies with the rules in force in order to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect uses and non-authorized accesses. The personal data supplied by users who register or submit requests to send information material (newsletters, answers to questions, estimates, commercial offers, etc.) are used with the sole aim to carry out the service requested and are notified to unnamed third parties in charge or appointed by the Owner in case in which it is necessary for this purpose. If the person concerned voluntarily sends sensitive data relating to himself, he does it consciously and allows their processing for the purpose strictly necessary for the execution of what is required by the person concerned or for the management of his registration.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED
The subjects to whom data refer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, have the right to obtain, at any time, the confirmation of the existence or not of one’s own personal data, know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating or modification.
In compliance with the same article, a person is entitled to ask for the cancellation, transformation, by acting anonymously, or block of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as oppose their processing, for legitimate reasons.
